REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing the AI Workflows Vault from Xelvo LTD.

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because the AI Workflows Vault is a digital product delivered electronically and made available for instant download, all sales are final once access has been delivered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies because, once delivered, the digital files cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can, and the Customer has immediate access to the full value of the Product upon purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

We will only consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The Product link or files were never delivered to you and our support team is unable to resolve the access issue.

If you believe you qualify for one of the above exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@aiworkflowsvault.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including, where applicable, rights relating to digital content under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that under UK law, the right to cancel a digital content purchase is typically lost once you have begun downloading or accessing the content, provided you were informed of this prior to purchase, which you are by way of this policy.
